We work with high-quality precious metals including sterling silver, 9ct gold, and 18ct gold. Depending on the design, we can incorporate cremation ashes, hair, fingerprints, or other personal elements to create a truly individual piece.

How are my loved one’s ashes or hair incorporated into the jewellery?
Once your order is placed, we will provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to safely send your ashes or hair to us. Every keepsake is handled individually, with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality throughout the entire process.

How much of the ashes or hair do you need?
Only a very small amount is required—usually less than half a teaspoon. Any unused ashes or materials will be respectfully returned to you with your finished jewellery.

How long will it take to receive my memorial jewellery?
Each piece is custom-made to order. Our usual turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks from the date we receive your ashes or keepsake, depending on the complexity of the design and materials chosen.

What is your return policy?
Due to the highly personalised nature of memorial jewellery, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us and we will do everything we can to put it right.

Yes. Gift cards are available for those who wish to give a memorial piece at a later date. They are available in various denominations—please contact us for more information.

How do I care for my memorial jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, clean it gently with a soft cloth and avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to water. We also offer professional cleaning and polishing services if required.

What happens if a stone becomes loose?
If a stone becomes loose within 12 months of receiving your jewellery, we will replace or reset it at no additional cost. If the piece is over 12 months old, a repair fee of £50 will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any movement in the stone so we can advise on the next steps.
Please note that general wear and tear over time is a natural part of owning and wearing jewellery. Scratches, surface marks, and gradual wear to settings are not considered faults. We recommend regular care and occasional professional checks to help maintain the integrity and longevity of your piece.

Do you send ring sizers or order packs?
We do not send ring sizers individually. Ring sizers are included within our order packs, which are sent out for free within 3 days of your order being placed.
Each order pack contains: a ring sizer, order form, business card, detailed guide on how to send your inclusions, a small wooden spoon for ashes (or a sterile milk bag for breastmilk orders), a small sealable bag for ashes, hair, fabric or other inclusions, and a pre-stamped envelope for returning your inclusions safely to us.
