How to order
Choosing a meaningful piece of jewellery to commemorate a loved one can feel overwhelming, given the wide range of options available. This section provides clear, straightforward guidance to help you explore our website and make the ordering process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Chose your memorial piece
Select the SHOP tab from the top menu and browse the jewellery categories to find a style that suits you, such as rings, pendants, charms, and more. You can scroll through the available designs until you find the piece you’re looking for.
Each product page includes several dropdown options where you can enter details such as colour preferences, the name of your loved one, and sizing information. To view the available colours, scroll through the product images—at the end you’ll find a colour chart. Simply choose your preferred shade from the chart and enter it into the colour selection field on the product page.

Add to cart
After adding your chosen jewellery item(s) to your cart, proceed to your basket and complete your purchase using your preferred payment option.
If you’re unsure how to send your inclusion, you can add an order pack to your cart. This pack contains everything you need to safely return your inclusion to us.
Once your order has been placed, an encasement kit will be dispatched within 48 hours via second-class post.

When your kit arrives back at our studio, we will notify you by email. From that point, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully crafted and returned to you, along with any unused ashes or hair.
